As we navigate through a rapidly evolving educational landscape, it is increasingly crucial to prioritize the empowerment and activation of young minds. One such initiative that is at the forefront of this movement is a project known for its innovative approaches - engaging youth workers, teachers and trainers in new methods for supporting harder to reach young people.

The project's primary focus is on working with youth workers and teachers, creating spaces where they can learn about restorative and teen yoga practices. By providing the youth workers and teachers with these tools and resources, they are able to take more charge of their day to day youth work practices and over time their learning journeys. By introducing new methodologies that promote empowerment, reflection and self-activation within these centres, the youth workers are given space for self care. This in turn allows them to give greater attention to the young people, who are in turn encouraged to think critically, collaborate effectively, and contribute meaningfully to their communities. At the core of this initiative are project partners in Ireland, Slovenia and Sweden that equips teachers, trainers and youth workers with valuable skills but also fosters a sense of global citizenship and responsibility.

The website for The Ready Project serves as a gateway to these transformative initiatives and international collaborations. The Ready Project stands as a beacon of change in the realm of youth work and education, shaping the next generation of youth work leaders and change-makers. By placing the spotlight on empowerment, self-directed learning, and global collaboration, this project is paving the way for a brighter and more sustainable future.
