Ready Partners

The READY project consists of five partners across Ireland, Sweden and Slovenia. Throughout the project we have worked alongside each other in order to achieve the goals and values initially set out for the READY project.

Belvedere Youth Club

BYC is Ireland's oldest youth club. From our custom-built premises on Lower Buckingham Street (Dublin 1) we offer a range of services to young people aged between 7-24. We help our members to build their self-confidence, become more resourceful, and find their voice.

Nexus

​

Nexus was established in 1990 and over these decades, its staff have worked on hundreds of research, evaluation and strategic planning assignments, working with clients such as UNESCO in South Asia, the European Commission across the EU as well as national, regional and local organisations in Ireland, north and south.

Young Souls

Young Souls is an association based in Karlskrona, Sweden that is aimed at helping young people between the ages of 13-19. It works to improve young people’s mental health through providing them with tools to manage their emotions and using mindfulness and yoga to organise activities. At these events everyone can participate on their own terms and create space and time for unwinding, reflection and conversation without stress, pressure and demands to perform.

Törnströmska gymnasiet

Törnströmska Gymnasiet is an Upper Secondary School located in Karlskrona, Sweden. Their teaching has the student at the centre and is characterised by clarity and variety, starting from the individual's needs. Törnströmska gymnasiet is teeming with exciting activities applying theory and practice in a creative mix. At the school, there is an open and committed working climate and they work actively with democratic values.

Ad Astra

Ad Astra is an NGO located in Ljubljana that serves as an educational organisation, bringing together trainers, youth workers, social workers, experts, young people and volunteers with different levels of competence to create and actively engage in social activities. It provides a supportive environment that enables young people and others to develop their talents and skills. It assists them in finding suitable education and/or employment in the desired field, as well as in the development of ideas and projects.
