READY Summer School Gallery
The READY Summer School brought a group of youth workers and educators together from across Europe, Asia and North Africa. We explored the READY tools and approaches and shared ideas as to how to bring these into our work and daily lives.

Youth workers and young people are getting to use these ideas for their own self regulation, self care as well as finding new ways to bring the tools into their own practice.
Community Events
READY Partners in Dublin are used to bringing restorative practices into their wider community. Through the READY project, we are now also using Teen Yoga as a means of building a more resilient community, and we are using our regular community of practice spaces to share and evolve the model. We are also supporting our other partners as they look to reach beyond their centres and schools and impact on their wider community.
READY Conference and Community
We believe that that those involved in youth development work should be in regular contact with each other, sharing ideas, challenges and solutions. We are building a community of practice for those interested in our tools and approach.

Our Community Conference represented a high point of the work, where we shared our learning and got to hear about interesting new work from friends around the world. We had 120 people participating with us over the 2 days.
We produced a detailed report about this aspect of our work and beyond in terms of how we organically built our READY community. You can read it here.

Our project team and friends will be coming together to discuss the learning from our READY experiences, as well as sharing insights about how the youth work sector is responding to issues linked to well-being and self-care. You are more than welcome to join us at this online conference.

READY Community
Within the READY project, we have a very active Community of Practice at a local level as well as internationally. Once you have joined us within the Members section of the site, a community of youth workers, teachers and trainers is available to discuss and share new ideas relating to restorative and teen yoga practices.
