The Ready Project- Summer School

Hi all, 

Hope everyone is well as we towards the end of our READY project.

We would like to invite you all to join us for our upcoming conference on 19 and 20 November. 

Please save the date for now and we will be in touch with more details in the coming week. 

The focus is on hearing from youth workers, teachers, trainers and young people themselves on how they are managing their well-being in an ever changing and complex world. This promises to be an excellent opportunity to hear from a wide range of differing viewpoints and experiences. Our focus will be very much on practice and how ideas and innovative approaches can help us better manage our self care and well being.

Thanks to Charlotta for sharing her video on Chair Yoga. I have found this one of the best resources to return to since coming back from Veduna. It is something that can be practised daily at the desk without too much bother.
